The photograph shows Kumari Sreani Lal receiving a memento & a cheque Rs. 5,000/- for her outstanding performance for scoring Grade A+ continuously since 10th Standard onwards from Dr. A.S. Khilnaney on 18.09.2015 in the cherished memory of a freedom fighter, Martyr Pandit Ram Rakha of Mandlay conspiracy case who breathed last after 93 days hunger strike in Cellular Jail, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Saikat Halder is son of a daily wage earner and Rujamma Parvin is daughter of a farm labour who has met a fatal accident recently. Each of these poorest but meritorious students had been recipient of Rs.500/- per year Martyr Jatin Das memorial stipend, a close associate of Martyr Bhagat Singh & Smt. Bina Bhaumik memorial stipend, a freedom fighter (Jugantar, Bengal), for the last one year, instituted by Sh. A.P. Singh, Nagpur, on his 71st Birthday on 09.08.2011.
