15.0 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL OF THE SOCIETY
  • So far 49 poorest but meritorious school-going children from remote/tribal/interior/distant areas of India belonging to 9 states have been benefitted by availing stipends, instituted by 19 sponsors in honor of their 38 national & international mentors/icons, heroes, role models & freedom fighters.
    • 14 students have completed their education after availing stipends.
    • At present 29 have been school - going girls where as 6 are boys.
    • 2 girls have been specially-abled and 2 are outstanding in sports.
    • Out of 19 sponsors, 16 belong to India whereas 3 are NRIs.

      • At present the society has been empowering maximum no. of school- going girls (29) compared to boys (6) by providing them stipends.
      • All these adopted children belong to different communities of India.
      • Maximum children (19) are from EWS & OBC background.
      • Maximum children are drawn from tribal (21) and remote areas (6).

iii) Transparency & Accountability

Keeping in view our high standards of ethical business practices, the society attaches utmost importance to the transparency & accountability in all its activities. A photocopy of the certificate of registration of society is shown bellow. It has been filing Income Tax Returns every year (photocopy enclosed) :

iv) Futuristic outlook

  • The society plans to honor at least 12 national & 1 more international mentors/icons, heroes, role models & freedom fighters in the years to come, for which it is in search of suitable sponsors.
  • The society is also in search of suitable needy & deserving beneficiary children belonging to other states of India except the ones mentioned above.
